Camera Challenge

I took my camera to work with me today!

Well I had a meeting in Toowoomba and my plan was to snap some pics of "wood" along the way (for the Gallery 12 challenge at ScrapChat). I had a ball! ACtually helped to keep me alert as I was driving - looking out for all the possibilities! I even stopped at the Wellington Point jetty on the way home (round about way of getting home)!

Here's my wood photos!

Margaret Street, Toowoomba

Road side, Gatton

WEllington Point Jetty

Lucky it was low tide!!

The previous weeks challenge word for a photograph was "love". I wanted something different and had this idea....was nearly going to stage it (with my folks or DH & I)....but then today....as I was driving out of a shopping centre carpark I saw this.....

Don't know who they are....but this is "love" to me...still wanting and willing to hold hands and protect/support each other at a more senior age!

Lucky no one was driving behind me....goodness knows what I looked like....pulling up, getting the window down and grabbing my camera to snap this shot!

Manda, you have such a good eye. I like all your 'wood' shots and admire your bravery in getting UNDER the jetty. That park in Toowoomba is beautiful. And I already said how much I like your 'love' shot. We'll have ot make sure we make similar pictures with our DHs when we grow old!!
