On Friday the girls and went to the Cleveland ANZAC Day march. The girls marched with the Girl Guides. It was a lovely morning - lovely to see so many supported the memory of all who have helped Australia stay safe and free over the years.
Scrapbooking wise...I've participated in the All Craftz CC this weekend which has focused on "animals". It has given me an opportunity to scrap some of childhood pets. We also had to make a bookmark with an animal on it so I got use my cute little penguin stamp!
I've finally done the Scrap Chat April sketch challenge - below...using a pic from Tara's 9th birthday this year.
Speaking of Scrap Chat...I'm getting VERY excited about our upcoming retreat weekend at Warana. After a fabulous time there last November we're back at the same awesome house with the same awesome group of ladies + a few newbies who I'm excited can join in the fun this time! I'd better start organising my 'scrappin' stuff for the weekend I guess!
And some cards including a 50th anniversary one my Mum asked for to give to a friend of hers...
DH is away this weekend as my MIL heads home to live on her own after being with us since the beginning of the year. I'm worried about how she'll go on her own...but hopefully she'll keep us informed and let us know if she needs help again.
